Michelle's Schedule
It's all about dance - the fun, the moves, the passion!
I've always loved to dance. When I was little and it had no rhyme or reason, I loved to dance - just swaying to the music when I had no idea what the steps were. When I got older my parents took me to Polish festivals where I learned how to waltz and polka. As I grew up and listened to all kinds of music and my body would inadvertently start to move to the beat.
A couple years after I turned 21, I was introduced to country dancing. I loved it! I began to learn couples dances and line dances. I competed in the local line dance competitions and won enough times to have the local bar send me to Nationals in Anaheim , California . I came in 2nd to a gentleman from San Diego who had more moves than I knew what to do with! I also started teaching about this time.
I took about a five year hiatus and in 1998 started to dance again here in Oregon . I started learning new moves, competed in Pro-Am competitions where I received Gold, Silver and Bronze awards. I've taken a break from competing and in the last have been teaching for the last 7-8 years.
What I've come to realize is that it doesn't matter where or how you dance - just as long as you have fun! Listed below is my schedule of where and when I teach. Come join me and let's have a great time dancing together.
